Pack-Haul is a junk removal company located in Springfield Missouri. The owner approached Max Conversion with a minor issue on their website that 3 other website development companies failed to fix.

After working with the issue on their website for over a year and going through multiple other companies to fix it they decided to launch further services with us.   1. Hit a $35 CPA (Cost-per-acquisition or “lead”) Hitting a $35 CPA in our Google ads campaign was our first month's goal. With this in mind, we knew that if we could hit this the campaign would be extremely profitable for Pack-Haul. We blew this out of the park with the first month CPA being $24. Then the next month we got it down to $20 and the next month hitting near $18 per inbound lead.
  2. Remove bad keywords and keep high converting quality keywords With a modest budget and tight margins, we needed to make sure our marketing efforts (Google Ads in this case) were showing profit in the first month. A big factor was making sure that Pack-Haul wasn’t being found with irrelevant terms that would waste their spending. That’s why we came up with a unique strategy to prevent this and it proved to be a success. At the end of the first month, there were no terms that were coming through that were considered “non-relevant” to the business’s goals.
  3. Conversion and Phone Call Tracking A big player in our success with Pack-Haul is largely due to the convenience of tracking phone calls, emails, and form submissions.
