A-1 Home Roofing is a Roofing company based out in Missouri. They came to Max Conversion in need of a PPC campaign setup and a new website design. The goal was to capture more leads that were landing on their website while also generating more leads through PPC. Previously their main source of leads was coming from direct mail and door knocking.


A-1 Home Roofing was looking for lead generation tactics that were more scalable and not as costly. We suggested pay-per-click and website redesign.

Goals

  • Increase Inbound Leads: Being in business for over 40 years A-1 Home Roofing was stuck to the old methods of finding leads through door-knocking and direct mail. When they came to us they wanted a new way to generate leads in a more cost-effective way. PPC was suggested alongside a revamp of their website.



  • Scalable Marketing System: Door knocking and direct mail were not the most scalable model of business. It required a person to be out talking to prospects 24/7. While PPC and a new website can work around the clock, 24/7. This would be their way to scale and expand into other cities.

Milestones

  1. Create a Branded Website: Having an old website A-1 Home Roofing decided it was time to develop a new look that would act as a 24/7 sales rep. Max Conversion designed a website capable of handling customer acquisition, search engine optimization, fast loading speed, tracking, and analytics.
  2. Develop and Test Landing Pages: Max Conversion developed a strong Roofing pay-per-click campaign which we knew was not going to be the hardest part of the campaign. The hardest part of the campaign is setting up and designing a landing page that works and speaks to the customer. Through trial and error, we were able to set up a landing page with a 32% average conversion rate across the account.
  3. Generate Leads at a Cost-Effective Price: The average cost per click for roofers in the area ranged from $6-15 dollars. With our previous experience, we understood that we could shoot for at least a 20% conversion rate which would leave us at a CPA (cost-per-acquisition or “lead) $30-75. This target would prove profitable for them considering we were targeting quality keywords like “tile roofing companies” and “metal roofing contractor near me” which generate lots of big jobs.
